Life Saved #3464

On January 27th, 2025 a 4 year old boy choked on a marble causing a total obstruction. Protocol was followed. LifeVac removed the obstruction on its second use! The child’s mother described the incident as follows:

“My son was playing with marbles and put one in his mouth where it got lodged in his throat. My husband saw him struggling to breathe and attempted to get him to throw up. The marble then got lodged and blocked his air ways for about 10 seconds and I already had the LifeVac assembled and ready for use. I administered it twice and the marble came flying out into the LifeVac on the second use. He was crying for a few minutes and then calmed down and was interested in the tool that was used to save his life. He did very well once the marble was removed. I greatly appreciate the LifeVac and your policy of sending a new one for sanitary purposes. This product will be my gift to every baby shower that I am invited to. Thank you so much”
