The web site was not functioning properly the day I ordered, and I had to contact customer service. It was a bit confusing, but it seems I had doubled the order because it wasn’t saying it was complete. The customer service representative was amazing in getting the order complete correctly and reached out a couple of times to make sure it was taken care of correctly. The product arrived accurately and hopefully is something I will never need to use but will be helpful if I do. I would definitely order from this company again.
