Is LifeVac FDA Approved?
LifeVac is registered with the FDA as a Class 2 Suction Apparatus. As a Class 2 Suction Apparatus LifeVac does not need to be FDA Approved only FDA Registered. The FDA does not require a premarket review of the LifeVac device.
Is LifeVac available to purchase outside of the USA?
Does the LifeVac expire? Do we have to replace it every couple of years?
No. The LifeVac device will NOT have to be replaced unless used to save the life of a choking victim. Only the masks will need to be replaced every 2-3 years. The LifeVac device is a one-time use only apparatus. If the LifeVac device is used in a choking emergency and has saved the victim's life, the unit should not be used again for sanitary reasons. If used, please contact us through our website to fill out a "Life Saved" report and we will gladly replace your unit free of charge. (https://lifevac.net/lifevac-saved-a-life-report/). The LifeVac unit can be used multiple times if the obstruction is not dislodged on the first application. The masks should be inspected and consider replacing every 2-3 years.
Can I purchase LifeVac with my FSA account?
We have been told by customers they were able to make a purchase using their FSA. We suggest you contact your tax accountant to see if LifeVac would be eligible as a healthcare expense.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We have a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 for the first item. Then, it is only $3 per additional item you add to your shopping cart.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

How long will delivery take?

Can I use more than one coupon code?
Discounts are for a limited time and offers may not be combined with any other sales, promotion, discount code or coupon.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive confirmation of your order. When there is any activity on your order, such as shipped, you will receive a notification email.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order. If you do not receive it, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will send it.
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order. Return units must be unopened, with the safety plastic still intact. Opened units may be returned but only for reason of a manufacturer defect to the unit or masks. Please contact us at email@example.com via email for a return authorization and return label. A refund of the unit cost will be issued following the receipt and inspection of the returned Unit. The charges for the return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless the refund is due to manufacturers defect in which case a full refund of the unit price or replacement will be issued.
