LifeVac is intended to be used as a second line treatment in a choking emergency. It does not replace calling 911 or performing standard choking rescue protocols and should only be used if standard choking protocol has failed. LifeVac is intended for use on adult or pediatric choking victims who are at least 1 year of age.
