On May 31st, 2025 a 4-year-old boy choked on ribs resulting in a total obstruction leaving him unconscious. Protocol was followed. LifeVac successfully dislodged the food on its first attempt! The child’s mother described the incident as follows:
“Me and my two kids were eating. My husband was walking in from the backyard with a second plate of ribs when my 4-year-old started choking.
